 Passionate about JESUS CHRIST. As a busy wife and avid workout girl , I enjoy walking with my husband which keeps me grounded and connected to my Temple. Love reading Christian books, amazed about GODs creation in nature and gathering happy moments sailing with my husband describes me well. Oh! Last but not least, as dog parents we enjoy outdoors park activities too with our Westie named "Kinga".

My service is faith based to support anyone living with mental health conditions. I help clients develop a healthy balance in life, give guidance in decision making, achieving goals, and support in navigating mental health difficulties, by assistance in establishing a recovery plan.

My GAARRD method plan includes ways to obtain and maintain stability, manage difficult symptoms, rebuild relationships, and find a purpose for living by discovering your TRUE identity.

My clients find resources for professional care and treatment, family support, and education,developing skills to help them overcome obstacles they may be facing every day.

I also provide a fresh perspective to help my clients re frame thinking patterns, better manage emotions, and address problems more effectively by Identifying personal strengths , as well as practice self-compassion and acceptance.
