Frontline Tactical Restoration (Specialized Military & First Responder Strategy): We deploy a targeted, trauma-informed pastoral blueprint designed specifically for combat Veterans, active-duty service members, and First Responders. This strategy is built to target and disarm the complex spiritual and psychological weights unique to the front lines—including PTSD, hypervigilance, moral injury, and compassion fatigue. Because this ministry is a direct response to the abundant life JESUS has provided, our counseling and coaching sessions are offered completely free of charge to you. We operate entirely on a grace-based, Kingdom-outreach model funded by voluntary giving.
While there is never a fee required to receive care, all love offerings and donations are gratefully accepted. Every seed sown into G.A.A.R.R.D. Ministries goes directly toward fueling our global outreach missions, setting captives free, and expanding our reach to souls in desperate need of spiritual and mental breakthrough.

When I am not engaged in community leadership and serving, giving global conferences, traveling to minister, or providing worldwide spiritual mentorship, I am passionate JESUS worshiper, singing at His feet and a devoted wife to J.K.
To keep my own physical Temple grounded and connected, you can find me practicing structured strength workouts, grounded meditation, and walking out in nature with my husband, or reading deep Christian books. We are avid outdoor lovers, frequently exploring local parks with our white Westie, Kinga, traveling, and gathering joyful moments sailing open waters under GOD's beautiful creation.
